I'm guessing PC Build is the right forum for this:
System:
Win 98
AMD K6-2 350, FIC 503+
64 Megs PC100 RAM
Subsequent to the installation of a Blaster Banshee AGP Video card and the
above RAM, my Canon BJ4400 Printer constantly reports "Out of paper"
erroneously.
I have done all the usual fiddling -Looked for drivers, removed and
reinstalled, no conflicts, etc.
I contacted Canon, and ran the printer self-test, which seemed to work. They
suggest that "the printer's port is out of order".
How do I confirm this? (Shows OK in Device manager). What's the fix?
Thanks.
