My PC lost the audio completly, at the beginning of the problem I was able to have audio only on the AOL messanger or MSN messanger, now not even that.
I already did all this:

1-Check all conections (Cables)
2-Run Software again
3-Downloaded updated drivers from Creative.com

Is there anything else I can do? please let me know with full instructions because I am not an expert on this issue :O(
