   hay there listers, what is considered to be low resources
anyhow? Mine gets down to 38% at 
times when email gets stacked up.and i just changed isp my old isp. it always was near
65% or better. I can see things slow as
the resources are depleted.any idea on what is considerd low??? jerry the fatboy crider, ps thanks ahead of time for any help!!!!!
