Win2K has supported 48-bit LBA for ATA disks since SP3.

As I recall, Win2k is the reason for your limit. Win XP with SP1 fixed that
problem and will recognize drives larger than 130GB. Your best solution
would be to partition it into two logical drives with each under 130GB. Or,
you could upgrade to Win XP SP1.
