A co-worker of mine has been experiencing constant reboots of the system
listed below.  The reboots usually occurs as soon as win98's desktop
appears.  Other times, a minute or so after; and yet other times he
doesn't even get as far as the splash screen.

My guess is a hardware problem, but I've been unable to pinpoint it. Any
suggestions?

Bus speed  at 400-66 setting in cmos
Power supply: brand name is powerman
8.4 gb hard drive
2.5 gb hard drive
Generic CDROM
