I am trying to troubleshoot an unusual problem. The only anomaly I can find
in the system is that the
The BIOS reports PS voltage as

+5V 4.89 +12V :11.97V
-12V 11.48 -5 :4.92V

Does PS output have to be above 5 and 12 or is a five percent variable
permissible ?
