Sounds like you've done everything.  There are only 2 things left, either
mobo or CPU.  Can you get back to normal if you change the jumper back? If
so, don't change the jumper back yet, get in BIOS first, make sure
everything is ok, and set FSB to 133 in BIOS, this should work if the CPU is
good. If say, you can set the FSB to 133 and everything works fine (CPU at
1533mhz), then, try the jumper again, if you experience any problem, it
points to a bad mobo.
