Yes it will fit into a standard floppy drive bay.  It reads and writes both
standard & 120MB diskettes.  However, standard floppy drives won't read the
120 diskettes (although they will read standard floppy disks that were
written to from the 120 drive). These drives connect to an IDE connector and
not the FDC, so I assume that having both installed in one machine should be
no problem.
