First time question. Have had printer (used) running alright for about 3 mos.
Suddenly get "paper jam" mess. Followed HP's checks - no paper anywhere, rollers
cleaned, metal springs in place, and position flex strip cleaned. Still reads
jam. Is there another sensor (optical?) that's become dirty? TIA
