It won't help you this time but...

...download "WinDriversBackup" at:

It's a free program that can locate & backup all drivers in a system to one folder- which you can them burn to a CD (or any removeable media).  Unfortunately, many people ask about drivers AFTER they have wiped & reloaded their systems.  If you find the driver- use this afterwards.

If you have no luck at all w/the driver- pick up & install an inexpensive soundcard (PCI).  You might try looking for this one:

It's decent & cheap.  I see your email is Canada- but there ought to be similar available there.  You may even have a local PC shop that would have them?
