My floppy drive is now working. The cable was defective.
My CD-ROMs are working also. I had to reload the Secondary IDE controller.
1. I am getting a BIOS error message upon bootup that reads as follows:
"Bios update data incorrect CPU ID = 00000686,. update not loaded."
2. Also, I cannot get my network up. Using W98SE, when I go to network
properties, and click on add for either client, protocol, or service,
nothing happens.
