I ahve a Viao laptop (F340 w/ 64MB RAM) with the following problem:  If
shutting down via the Start menu, it powers down correctly.  However, if I
use ALT F4, it hangs at the Windows shutdown screen.  Anyone have any ideas
as to what causes this?
