I've just installed an ADSL router for a coffee shop owner, who runs a
Win2K, Lan-carded, single-computer internet cafe . At present he has only
one PC but plans to install more, hence the router, rather than a modem.

Being unfamiliar with Win2K, it took me a while to find out how to get past
the 'Administrative Privileges' bouncer and into the Network properties
adjustments, but finally cracked the thing.

The guy had 5 users, with only 2 having admin privileges, so I went in via
one of the admins, and changed the Network properties as needed.

Everything is going fine, but he now wants me to change the system so that
the internet setup can be only accessed by cafe customers via another user,
because the way it is now, any customer using the PC can access the owner's
records and mail, etc etc.

So if someone could explain how to do this, I'd appreciate it greatly.

I guess this sounds like a simple request for those of you regular 2K and XP
folks, but it's a bit baffling for this dedicated 98SE user!
