You have a couple of options here.
1. Try shift+s y x z
2. Try AWARD_SW  ( Case sensitive ) see http://www.jps.net/ac6xi/award.html
for futher instructions.
These are suppose to be a default passwords. I do not know if they works
every time.
3.  http://the-mid-west-web.com/techtips.html
A different way of doing it.
4. Download a craker for it at
http://www.wheres.com/etc/FatherQuinn/bios.html
And then there is the downright ugly way. You would flash the bios. Unless
you are extremly comfortable working on computers do not do this. It
requires you erasing the bios and reloading it. Do it wrong and you will
have flashed you computer to the same place socks go once you put them in
the dryer.

Go to www.google.com and enter award bios password. Many solutions are
availible there.
