Microsoft's site to download all Windows 98 Critical Updates for later
installation:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows98/downloads/corporate.asp

I downloaded everything to my HD, then created 2 CD archives.  Also
formatted a 10 Gig HD and loaded Win98 s/e ONLY.  As someone had suggested
earlier, this is an excellent way for 'Ghost'ing the O/S only.
