I have a Packard Bell 300Mhz Pentium II with 96 MB RAM. I am running Windows
98SE which I upgraded from Windows 95. My Modem is listed as "MD6802-U Modem
(AZT4029)" in Device manager. I also have distinctive ring on my phone line.
I am trying to use my computer to receive faxes by answering my number with
three rings. In Device manager, my modem properties has a distinctive ring
tab. The box is checked that the phone has distinctive ring and I have single
& double ring set as voice. I have triple ring set as Fax. Even with this set
like this, if I have MS Fax enabled it answers any ring (single, double or
triple). Does anyone know how to make the fax only answer the triple ring?
TIA.
