I am not aware that upgrading to SP3 changes this behavior. (Anyone else know?)

However, you can change alter the behavior this way:

1. Start->Control Panels->Users and Passwords

2. Uncheck "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer."

3. Click the Advanced tab.

4. Make sure "Require users to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete before logging
on" is unchecked.

5. When you click Apply or Ok, you will receive a dialogue asking you
to enter the username and password for the auto-login.

Hope this helps,

Mike...
