Hello,

Looking for a relatively inexpensive 56K modem that supports V.90 and
saw some VERY good prices on the Lucent Technologies line.

Anyone have any experience with these? Warnings? Other
recommendations?

I was also reading about inexpensive modems using the CPU to do their
work vs. Chipsets onboard on the more expensive modems...could
someone enlighten me about that?
