  When you go into the CMOS configuration for your machine, look for
a category for "peripherals" and see if your secondary IDE controller
is enabled or not.  [HWDIAG is reporting that it doesn't think it
is.]
  If you have no devices on the secondary channel, you might leave
this disabled so you can use its IRQ for some other device.
