Yes the Asus  P4B533-E will accept the P4 2.0gig 400mhz bus cpu
It will also accept the 2.53gig cpu @ 533 mhz bus
If you check on www.pricewatch.com they are selling mobo/cpu combos
of this configuration for as low as $330.00.
