I enjoy your site very much.  It is very informative.  Just recently I installed and ran these two software packages: VSO Inspector and SANDRAPRO 2001.  Everything was working fine before I installed these applications.  Now when I want to burn anything, CD or DVD, the software in my computer doesn't recognize or cannot detect my Sony CD/DVD burner.  I uninstalled both packages and I am still faced with the same problem.  My computer is a Compaq Deskpro EN; Pentium III 733Mhz; Windows 98SE; Sony DVD RW DW-D22A.  I'll be very grateful for your help as I am totally stumped for solutions.
