This is erroneous....

To obtain 4 KB clusters in a FAT16 partition or logical drive, one needs to
create a drive which is 128 - 255 MB in size.

A FAT32 partition sized between 512 < 8,192 MB will also yield 4 KB clusters.

I regret the error.
