HwInfo32 from www.hwinfo.com will tell you, but that may be overkill for
just that piece of data.  HwInfo32 runs with limited functionality on Win 9x
platforms; it was designed for NT.  They have another product, HWINFO, which
is a DOS mode tool.  I don't know if that would tell you the size of the
hard drive cache or not.  I'm not affilated in any way with this company,
just a satisfied user of their products.
