  About six years ago, I had a job interview with a Silicon Valley
company that was making a product where workstations could talk
TCP/IP across Cat 5 cable to a video server, and receive back
streamed video on one of the unused pairs in the cable, splitting out
that signal at the local network jack.

  I don't remember their name, so I can't check whether they're still
in business.  I think they were aimed at a corporate, rather than
consumer, market, though, so probably not in a price range you'd
consider.
