This sounds very much like a Virus. The Anti-Cmos virus comes to mind. Try
running some type of anti-virus software, and be aware that you may also need to
erase the CMOS on the Main board with a jumper, and reprogram all the BIOS
settings. Make sure you write down all the necessary settings in the CMOS before
attempting this though.
