Dear all

An Addendum:

A tech from Iomega (at PC Expo) told me that the scsi card used to
interafce a Jaz drive must be 100% ASPI compliant. The 2910 from adaptec
probably is not 100% compilant, as it probably uses a Future Domains
chipset (I have not been able to check this out as yet).

Therefore for the safest use of a Jaz drive make sure your SCSI card is
one that the Jaz supports; either the Jaz Jet card or one that fits the
above. Since I changed my configuration I have had no Jaz related
problems
