I had a similiar problem with an ATX case. The power switch was working
fine, but
there was a broken prong on the case face plate that held the real switch
up to a
larger sized button. Liberal amounts of electrical tape has "cured" the
problem for
several months now. I didn't want to glue the switch in place in case it
really did
go bad.
