The price is ok, however, I can gurrantee that it is not a good deal at all.
the reason:
1) from my exp, the parts used will not be at any where near the term
"quality", possible you will get PCchips mobo with everything build-in, and
cheap RAM, slow hard drive, cheap case with no name power supply ... and one
of the most important, cheap heatsink/fan that can't keep CPU running for
long.
2) since you never owned a AMD system, I don't want you get wrong idea about
AMD, the system listed will more likely give you troubles than any good.
3) it may use a faster XP CPU but a proper build Duron system at same price
can beat it badly.

I'd recommend you pay a bit more to get quality parts, regardless which side
you follow, either Intel or AMD.
