oops, didn't go through, sending again:
Hi gang,
well since the network questions are flying, thought i'd add another
one....

three computers. peer to peer with a hub.
Lynksys 10/100 ethernet

the two computers with win95 are working great. all cables and rj45
connectors are perfect, all checked out.

now he added a new computer with win98 [no disc came with it btw :( ]
i installed the card, setup things the same as on the win95 machines. At
first i could see all machines listed but the win98 machine slowed the
whole system down to a crawl. now after changing things around a bit on
the win98 machine, i can't see anything other than win 98 machine.

the two win95 machines still work perfect, just no win98 machine. is
there some compatibility issue here? win95 vs win98??

using: Client for Microsoft
Lynksys LNE 100 Fast ethernet Adapter
IPX / SPX protocol
Net Beui
File and Print sharing
win logon.
4 port hub

why won't my win98 machine network correctly? workgroups are the same
and all that. the machines are current and plenty fast and strong.
????? what next???
thank you very much.
