Kay,

I don't know what the problem is but for an easy solution take a look at the
free vpn product LogMeIn.Com at https://secure.logmein.com/home.asp?lang=en
.

I hope that helps.

Subject: [PCBUILD] remote connectiion

I'm trying to set up my home and office computer, so that I can operate the
office computer from home.

Both systems have XP-Pro and both have been set up.

However, when I try to connect I always get the following error message:

====	The client could not connect to the remote computer

Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer
might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also possible that
network problems are preventing your connections.=====

I have checked everything I know to check, even the internet provider at the
office to make sure there were no blocks.

The office computer is enabled to accept new connections.
The office computer is NOT on a network, with me as the only user.

I sure would appreciate any advice.
