Hi: I have updated the chipset drivers.  My current bios was version 1004  I 
flashed that a year ago,   the latest bios is  v. 1016 I used the flashtool 
v1017  that was on the Asus site and flashed the bios successfully.  XP Pro 
loaded up just fine, after that installed Vista-- installed. on another 
patition using a IDE Pata HDD- I haven't hooked up the Sata HDDS yet.

Correction - Its the  chipset drivers that needed to be installed first so 
the file wouldn't get corrupted  and I did that first before flashing the 
bios.  Thanks  you - Jackie
