Windows will recognize whichever monitor you want.  Once you have installed
the video card and monitor and configured the drivers, you'll see a new
choice in the Video Properties Settings for "Use this device as the primary
monitor".  That way you can select the monitor that you want.

You'll also probably find a setting in your BIOS that controls which video
card is initialized for booting.  I found on one of my computers that for
some reason the PCI card had to be initialized first or neither monitor
would work in Windows.  But that setting is completely unrelated to the
choice of primary monitor in Windows.

If have AGP video, and install PCI video card for second monitor, will
Win98 recognize AGP or PCI video for main monitor? Will this always be
