You might try this:
Open AdAware
Open AdAware Configuration Window
Choose 'Tweak Settings'
Deselct "Let Windows remove files in use at next reboot"

I'm not 100% certain, but this might do the trick, considering that it is telling you it will be deleted at next bootup.
