Second edition is win98 with patches, minor feature upgrades, and IE5 instead
of IE4.  OEM can legally only be sold with new hardware, though it is common
for some vendors to sell it without.  OEM is usually cheaper and is sometimes
tweaked for a particular vendor, such as Compaq.  www.pricewatch.com is a good
place to shop for price.
