Hi Gang,
We have an HP Laserjet IIp that is printing with voids in the characters.
The self-test prints each character with its own unique voids. However,
printing from MS Word, or other windows apps, results with voids appearing
in diferent locations within each character. We have tried three toner
cartridges (two new), we have replaced all of the boards, the motor, the
fuser, removed add-in memory. Nothing changes the output. We have
consulted with HP and done everything that they suggested. Still no-worky.
Does anyone have ANY suggestions. We would be happy with any wild guesses
that you can come up with.

TIA
