For whatever reason, we have had the same problem with a single unit on our
home network that was addressed by deleting the print server from the
workstation, rebooting and installing again using the HP Install Network
Printer Wizard.  Can't really say why but one installation goes awry nor why
it has happened more than a single time.  However, that is the case and that
has been the solution.
