The secret is to create a shortcut to the Eudora.exe on each
workstation.  Then you have to edit that shortcut on each machine.  In the
"Target" box, put the LAN location of folder that contains both the
Eudora.ini and data files.  Example:

Target     "c:/program files/qualcomm/eudora/eudora.exe"
"//mycomputer/eudora data"

That should get you going.  It would be best to install Eudora on each
machine since the dll's need to be on the machine that is executing Eudora.
