Thank you to all that replied. I finally figured out what to do. After
disable the remote boot and updating the BIOS, I concluded that it must
be a setting in the CMOS that was keeping me from getting to the setup
mode. Fortunately, FreePCTech has the KILLCMOS utility. I ran it, and
there was the setup menu! Problem solved.
