I don't know what BCDetect is.  I searched both my hard drive and regsitry for this entry without
success. (spool32 usually has to do with printing, --do you have a printer that this might relate
to?)  You could search your hard drive for this file and see which directry it's in. That may
give you a clue about which program your dealing with.  It very well could be causing your
problem, if you don't find it on your hard drive, you could try exporting and then deleting those
entries form your registry.  If that solves the problem you know it's the culprit.
