Jagpal, browse to the HP webpage
http://h20015.www2.hp.com/en/document.jhtml?lc=en&docName=bpa00576&prodI
d=hpdeskjet67059 and there you should find a link to get a free HP
cleaner CD to clean the print head. I received one some time ago which
fixed the print problem. I hope this item is still available for you.

I have a HP 672C ink jet printer.
It needed a new ink cartridge which I got , this time it was genuine,
not a
refill.
Now the printing is not clean
Here and there it draws a line over the printed words. I checked the
Align
feature in the Printer's properties, but again it did not help.
Can somebody please help how I can have a neat printed page.
It prints all the matter on the page, but leaves lines on the words..
sometime there is double line
