I would call Comcast. I know that insight requires me to use the Mac address
on my router to connect. I would start there also.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Wireless Router

*I'm trying to get my Compaq laptop running Vista to work with my router.
I'm using Comcast Broadband with an Arris modem plugged into my Netgear
router, which is plugged into my pc.

The laptop finds the signal, but can't connect. I have the Wireless
Security set as WPA_WPA2-PSK and have a password.

Thanks.

Diane
