After reading your problem, I would suggest uninstalling the printer from
your computer. Some of the files may be corrupt.
Now reinstall the printer and try to print again. Hope this helps.

Subject: Windows 98 and Panasonic KXP2023

I have been using Windows 98 and the Panasonic printer together for at least
five years. About 4 months ago the printer would skip a line. A computer
technician looked at it and could find nothing wrong. He connected it to a
WindowsXP and it worked perfectly. When he brought it back and connected it
to my computer Windows 98, it again skips lines. Can you help me?

The Computer Lady told me maybe you could. I read her faithfully.

Thank you.
Marie Richard
