        Thanks, to everyone who responded to my recently posted problem
regarding the Bp32drv error displayed in the Event Viewer.  Due to the
helpful information I received, I was able to resolve that particular
problem.  I am still waiting to see, if this will indeed to resolve the
"spontaneous reboots" that have occurred in the past.

The Bp32drv refers to the driver for a BackPack external
drive that at some time been installed on this computer.
 If it is no longer there, you should remove the BackPack
software.  If you still have a BackPack attached to the
machine, you probably need to reinstall the software for
it.  It sounds like the registry entries for actions that
need to be taken on some hardware event has been
corrupted.

It could be related to your re-boots if there are other
corruptions in the registry.
