According to NewEgg and Samsung, the 215TW is a 21" widescreen
1680x1050. That's a newer resolution so you'll probably need to upgrade
your video drivers.

NVIDIA video adapters are pretty simple drivers to upgrade. Go to the
www.nvidia.com site, look for the "Download Drivers" link in the upper
left. Choose "Download Drivers". Plug in "Graphics Driver", "GeForce
and TNT2", "Windows XP/2000" (or Windows 95 / 98 / ME), and click "Go".

That should allow you to download a file like:

91.47_forceware_winxp2k_english_whql.exe

Which is the unified display driver for all of NVIDIA's video cards.

The blurriness would be caused by the monitor attempting to re-scale the
image to fit the screen size. There might be a setting on the display
which turns this off temporarily.
