This is correct. However, the "HT" technology is on its way.

No, Intel is working on it and I would have to research when it will be
available. Rest assured they will be releasing it soon.

I am including two Intel links in this post. The first one deals with HT
technology and the second deals with Duel core processors. On the Duel Core
link there is a video that explains the difference between single, hyper,
Duel and Duel with HT Technology. It is presented in a clear and concise
manner.
