Thank you for your help.... the missing files were not where they were supposed to be. The default folder that the flash drive disk, and the camera driver disk were looking in was C:\WINDOWS\CABS. They were actually located in C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\INSTALL. Another reader on the list directed me to Yahoo where entering the error prompt directed me to the trouble.

  I have Win Me, and just checked my System32 directory in Windows. Both the USBNTMAP and USBSTOR files are in there.  Don't answer this question on line, but do you have an original MS Win Me disc, or is it a copy that may be missing files?  Get another Win Me disc and search for them, they should be there.
