No.

No, but your computer simply won't work at all, RDRAM system requires all
RAM to be same speed, same type; so even mix of  same speed16 bit and 32 bit
RDRAM won't work together.

There are many hardware places that published intel roadmap, you can see it
yourself.  or just simple do a search on IDF 2003.
