It probably won't be that easy.  I recommend booting into safe mode and
removing all of the items you find in Device Manager under System Devices.
Then rebooting with the new motherboard.  Many of those devices are setup by
Win9X specifically for the motherboard installed, and conflicts can occur if
you replace the mobo.
