You could go to a search engine like http://www.yahoo.com and search for
"+ibm +PS/2 +diag" or "ibm.com + PS/2 +diag" (without the quotation marks).
This will give you more information than you ever wanted to know.  Keep
adding "+whatever" so that all hits must refer to "whatever".

Enter something like: "PS/2 Model 30"(this time WITH the quotation marks),
click on "All IBM" and "go", check out their "Search Tips"

You could try "Contact" at the bottom of the search page.  IBM or
3com might be talked into donating power supplies if these are their old
modems.  If not, check your "Yellow Pages" - there must be used
electronics/surplus stores in your neighborhood that would have 9 VAC
adapters (designed for cassette recorders, etc.). You may have to
install the right plug to match the modem, and make sure that they are
rated for at least 1000 mA.

As a last resort, there are numerous sources of new power supplies that
you can search for, such as Radio Shack or Jameco.  Just watch you don't
pay too much.  You can probably find 14400 internal modems for less
than a transformer would cost at a surplus/used computer store.
