I have lost track of this Thread a bit to recall the
original specifications.  However, if you are
terminating Cat 5, Unshielded (or Sheilded) Twisted
Pair, and conforming to the 568B standard, the correct
configuration is as follows:

1.  White/Orange
2.  Orange/White
3.  White/Green
4.  Blue/White
5.  White/Blue
6.  Green/White
7.  White/Brown
8.  Brown/White

I am taking this straight from my Lucent Cat 5 Cabling
Specialist Cert. booklet.
